What do you use for a thermo switch [Archive]

When you guys are putting in an Electric fan What are you using for a thermo switch? I have been on the hunt for a switch that comes on at 180 and another one that comes on at 200. Any ideas?

I am running the ford taurus fan with two speeds so i'd like to set the low speed on the 180 T-switch, and the high speed on the 200 T-switch and the AC clutch.

Where can i get something tha will do this?
