Thinking about spending the week out there.. Anyone wheeling/going to be out there this week?

I'll be heading down from nor cal. Planning 18-25th. It will be nice if there is a good turn out, last time I was there the place was a ghost town. Should have a hand full of rigs w/ us.

Fidgure being out there for a week i'll camp by a big rock to play on at night..

we'll be there, and we'll have our r/c crawlers,and hopefully also the ftoy, if we can get the front end fixed.

We'll be there for a few days. Will have the jeep, the wifes rhino, the boys dirtbike and probably my t-maxx.

Doesn't look like a lot of people will be there. Sign of the times? I remember the last couple of years a thread like this got a lot of attention.

Cool. Not that I am surprised you guys will be there. :D

We will be rolling out there either later Sunday or Monday afternoon. We will be staying the week and leaving next Sunday! :bounce: :crossesfingers: if all goes as planned. :laughing:


Edit-rigless-no time to fix our runner yet, we will have quads and bikes.

I will be out there with my normal huge group. 4 f-toys for sure maybe 2 or 3 more. A couple jeeps. A built unimog, crew cab chevy rig. Lots of side by sides, bikes quads. We take everything we own with wheels :D Also i will have some JV t-shirts for sale. Be there 22nd-29th. If anyone wants a shirt or decal we always park at the end of Boone rd on the left.(opposite side as means dry lake) Look for t-shirt signs or a gang of f-toys :grinpimp:

Were out. The boy had to go to the ER the last two nghts withhold high fever and hallucinations and stomach pain. Too risky to be stuck on the lakebed if he relapses. Have fun everyone.

we went out friday night, and ended up having to leave fairly early sat. morning (my dad went back to the ER-- he's fine now tho). It was a blast while we were there, and I got to meet a few people (not as many as I would have liked, since I was feeling incredibly shy that night for some reason).
Thanks to Rose and Desiree for the drinks :) and to everyone who cooked for the incredible food! and to Dave for letting us crash in his RV which was way more comfy than the back of the Element, haha.

like I said, I felt incredibly shy for some reason, usually I'm better at the whole being outgoing thing. I was the one mostly talking to megan (hobie's wifey) in the Trail gear hoodie looking all nervous :p it really sucked because I was expecting to be able to meet everyone else while wheeling and such saturday, but we left before everyone was up.

got back sunday nite had a great time wheeled my ass off. ran 8 trails only broke 1 chromro outer. went up backdoor in about 3 seconds hit 90mph across the desert get it. slept about 12 hours in 5 days. going back for KOH for sure
