im done with sheetmetal roofs and factory body panels, this is my second cab...
if i kept the hood, fenders, headlights, turnsignals, etc. put a flat piece of DOT windshield glass in the exo frame, half doors....is it possible in kalifornia?? i dont wanna get out the plasmatorch and sawzall until i know i dont have to turn back:flipoff2:
when i rolled, the dye for the exocage was in the cab:(
tow rig isnt an option at this point in my financial life....

Jack the roof back up and replace the glass, door and fender. Then do the exo and stop your crying.:flipoff2: After the third cab was in place on my truck I decided not to wheel till the cage was on. Its done well throw 4 rolls.

i believe you have to have rear fenders of some sort. there is a hybrid around here that runs with rear "fenders" like those that were on Robin Hood's 2001 TTC S-10 Hybird.
keep all lights, u need glass (not lexan) and door sills if you are ditching the doors.

Why doent you cut the roof off be hind the windshield pillars and do another exo. Then straighten the pillar enough to get a wind sheild back in it.

That sounds like the best option really. Then you can build the cage narrower on top and then tie it to the sliders. Damn man you have some luck :flipoff2:

i think he was trying to change a birf in less than 12 minutes. thats why he flipped it over.....so he could stand up and change the birf faster:D .
