I am trying to get some wheel spacers ordered for a guy that has a D80 in a 95 dodge but it is not the factory axle. I gave him ones for the D70 which will fit some D80's but he is saying that they are too small to go over the hub.

Any ideas on this oddball?

If the axle is out of any dodge truck then it should have dana 70 outers, which are small (same size as dana 60). If spacers for a dana 70 won't fit then it is likely a real dana 80. If this is the case it is more than likely out of a ford. Is the bolt pattern still 8 on 6.5", very few ford dana 80s are the old bolt pattern, most are 8 on 170mm. If it is a chevy 80 then it's 10 lug. I don't know if any of this info helps but I'm just putting it out there for you.
