this may be a little confusing to explain but here goes, right now I have a NP208 hooked to a 700r4 in an s10 blazer with 75 K20 axles, I ran this same setup in an s10 pickup before only I had NP203. with the NP208 the driveshaft binds up when just sitting level, now with the np203 my driveshaft never bind even when flexed, now one thing I did notice was the driveshaft for the 203 was able to go to more extreme angle, and the 208 isnt able because of the flange that bolts to the front yoke in the tcase binds up real bad. So i dropped the tcase a little and it still binds up, I would like to run the driveshaft that i used with the 203 but it isnt a flange style it is a normal yoke, Is the a yoke that I can get to replace the flange style yoke? I believe they are a 30 spline and the front yokes on the 203 is a 10 spline.

203 front yokes are 30 spline. Ask this guy, he is a yoke master: http://pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=830115

You are correct they are 32. Is there a flange on the front output on the 241 or is it a ujoint style? If it is a ujoint style I could just get a flange for a 241 and put it on my 208.

its a flange afaik.

but you will be happy to know that you can probably use a 32spl rear yoke from a chevy 1/2t 205 or 203. dodge or ford typicaly use 1330 joints.

you may have to find a bastard seal but i cant say for sure.

that is good thinking, I will grab a rear yoke tomorrow out of a 203 and see what I can do about a seal.
