Im about to cut 33" out of my crew cab long bed frame to make it the same wheel base as a reg cab long bed. Then I can take out the drive shaft extension and have a shorter wheel base like my goal is. My question is this, do I need a shackle flip for the back to set the leaf spring mounts like they are currently? The frame goes up at the back part this is why I ask this.
Any help would be great...

I'd cut it under the cab and move the entire section forward

Then Ill just build a crew cab short bed truck.... I dunno maybee ill do that.
