Big Inch Small Blocks Book

I purchased (and have confirmed receipt of payment) this book and the seller - xjcutter - has never shipped the item. I have PMed and posted requests for a status update numerous times and requesting when the seller plans to ship the item without ever receiving a reply indicating that the item will be shipped.

Payment was mailed on 6/12/09

There has been plenty of time to ship the item.

I guess xjcutter is not going to sent me the book I paid for and instead just keep the money I sent him.
