I am looking for somewhere new to go riding and thought about posting here.
We are heading out over the 7th and 8th of November.
Looking for 3 to 4 hours from San Jose.
We will have a couple quads with us so there will need to be some trails for them.
We normally head to a little spot out of Mariposa but want to try somewhere else.
Last time I went to Miami Creek the trails were pretty trashed.
Was thinking about Forrest Hill. Anything decent for quad riding?
Stoneyford is a little far for just a weekend but will be planning a trip there later in the season.
PiPi Valley Closed for the winter?
Any other decent places out there?
We will be taking a 27 foot RV so roads need to be semi decent.
It has made it back to Indian Hill at Clear Creek so a little trail blazing is OK.
Been so busy for the last few years that We haven't done very many dedicated riding trips for a while so looking forward to getting away
ANy help would be great
Eagle Lakes/Pierce OHV area is good, you can Camp at Cisco Grove and trail ride to the trail heads.
It's a former Thousand trail park, very cool. We're headed up this weekend. They can give you all the info you need.
Tell them Bebe sent you.

Thanks for the info.
Cisco Grove sounds like it might be worth looking into.
Got an old riding buddy in Auburn. I'll ping him on it.
That map on Thumper Talk is pretty cool.
Haven't been on that site for a long time.

Well, had a small meeting and it will be Forest Hill for this trip.
Let us know how Cisco Grove is. Black diamond and Single Track are a +

Forest Hill is ok, no wheeling but for quads and dirt bikes it's fun. Dirt bikes can go anywhere, quads have some limitations. Link to a map

For the last few years. Most of the trips have been combined with bringing both the bikes and rigs.
I might get 2 rides in but be wheeling people around the rest of the trip.
I want to get back into riding more this season.
I've been to Forest Hill a couple times and thought the trail system was pretty decent.
Thanks for the map

maybe its overlooked but knoxville should be ok as long as you take it easy on the narrow stuff with your 27 footer
but if you like pipi you wont like knoxville according to my boss

Too many times!
I'm more into riding federal land than enclosed riding parks.
Hollister and Metcalf are great to check the bikes over at the beginning of the season but I hate over populated riding area's that are full of beginner riders.
Never been to PiPi. Always opens too late in the season.
I'll have to check out Knoxville.
Thanks
