Measure up your Dana 44 front axles and post you findings HERE (http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=83110)

Take the measurements shown in the upper right corner of the following chart to fill in the gaps.

I'm really lacking in Dodge information, which is odd, since Dodge seems to have used the Dana 44 for the longest period of time, so check out the chart (http://thunderbayoffroaders.rockcrawler.com/axles.htm) and see what you can add, please post it HERE (http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=83110)

i should have some measurements for ya tomorrow night sometime. i only have the fulltime stubs(which i'll measure also), but the part time ones should be the same as GM/ford.

That freaky Dodge specific stuff is exactly what I need, and confirmation that the "same as GM" stuff is in fact "same"

Thanks

In your chart, how come you don't have a column for WMS to WMS?

Well, ya clowns, the WMS to WMS measurement is a product of what hubs you're using, so to find WMS to WMS, you need to add the SMS to WMS of the hub you're using x2 to the SMS to UBJ of the knuckle you're using x2 to the UBJ to UBJ measurement of the axle housing. I was hoping that all the knuckles would have the same offset, but it looks like some are different. I plan on adding a WMS to WMS calculator or something like that once I have enough data.

Ya I know, WMS to WMS is the thing most people look for, but it's too easy to get wrong info depending on hub/spindle/kuckle combination.
