I know there will be differences between the output shaft. I believe Jeep does as well actually now that I think about a past project. hope this is sum help NoRM nvrenuf 09-24-2002, 02:16 PM I have a friend with a TH400 in his Jeep J10 and aside from the long 10 spline tailshaft I can't see any difference in the tail end of the case. If you can use a Chevy bolt pattern case, most of the later cases (79 & newer) are the HD type (commonly referred to as a "K" case) with a thicker converter cover.
