im a jeeper, so i dont realy know alot about the ifs stuff, is this a good start? any other kits better? might get some skyjacker shocks? just wanting to run bigger tires like 33"s or 35"s.. not going to be wheeling, its his DD

awful awful awful (or is it aweful?) idea.
Trimming, Body lift, RCD 5", or SAS are your only decent options.

I agree, new torsion keys allow you to put way too much load on the bars giving your front suspension a short life. Besides you can crank the stock torsion bars for about 1.5-2"s of lift without too much stress on them

The thing is cranking the torsion bars is going to make it ride like shit, he will feel every bump in the road...
If he's willing to settle for 33's why not throw a set on and see if they rub? I ran 285/75/R16's on my 97 and never had any rub.

keys = the suck. You can easily max out your cv joints with the stock keys if you really want a shitty ride. All those allow you do to is go further, which will lead to an even shittier ride and if he ever comes down hard on them will probably shear the T-bars.
