so on my fj40 my clutch keeps blowing that little piston out of the end of my slave. Any ideas on the cause? i tried adjusting my master cyl. and got better pedal and it quit giving problems for about a week and it did it again. Wanna get it fixed before i put the 3rd slave on tommorow
