i have a very mildly built 390 in my new buggy...
im tryin to figure out a very affordable and "easy" efi or throttlebody set up...
preferably over the counter parts.....
can anyone help me please......:)

budget............couple hundred...maybe........im very resorcefull and aint afraid to use wrecking yard stuff ...to be replaced later with new parts..
im pretty good at fabbing stuff and making things fit that shouldnt...

how about efi 460 stuff, hardest part would be the dizzy, but do able...
cash for clunker stuff is all over the wrecking yards right now, i was shocked today how much good stuff the gov't had ruined for us :mad3:

a friend of mine has a 460 in his rig and its efi...the wireing was a nightmare...
is there another option for the 460 stuff...
i was thinking about the 454 chevy stuff....tbi.....maybe...

basically yard the upper and lower intake,dizzy,and the wiring w/pcm, duplicate on the 390. i'm assuming you have an aluminum intake man. drill the man for inj. or bungs if it's too thin, with any luck the fuel rails might line up if port spacing is close, if not holley sells bulk fuel rail. msd sells a bit for drilling injector pockets in aluminum if it's thick enough. get er done...
