I just finished up 4-linking the rear on my XJ. I have 8.5" Rustys coils on my front end and I came across a free set of 3.5" Pro-Comp front XJ coils to put in the rear but I had to cut a couple of the coils off to level it out. If I was you I would probably find a set of stock front XJ coils and start from there, I have a few buddies with XJ around your lift height and thats what they used.
As for installing them I ran 3" 3/16 angle along the frame to get a good flat surface and use 1.75" tubing as the capture and on the axle side I just picked up some Ballistic Fab coil capture mounts that you can weld to the axle, they come with the mount and the capture plate.

I am in the middle of doing a 4 link and coil spring in the rear of my xj too, i am actually looking at both XJ front coils and TJ front coils, both stock and lift springs. kind of a trial by error sort of thing. currently i am running 4.5" RE lift coils up front. as far as mounting them, im using 3/16" plate and making my own mounts.

First, you need to try searching. This topic has already been covered. There is more than enough information on this board for you to learn how to do this. Trust me, I've been there.
You sound like you need to do a lot of reading. Then, when you think you know what you're doing, read some more. The way you asked the question, it sounds like you are over your head. If you have to ask how to mount coil springs, you have some things to learn...
