Can anyone tell me if ford used thicker tubes for the f150 axle?
Yes, I have searched . I find nothing on tube thickness.

I'm pretty sure they are the same, I swaped over to a Bronco/F-150 8.8 from my Explorer 8.8. They disc brake stuff will swap right over, but you to have Currie or somebody make the 5x5.5 rotors. Can't redrill the factory ones, the new center bore is too big, compared to the 5x4.5 holes
