: Hey Yankee Tim!!!
Bobzooki 11-05-2009, 12:03 PM So, where's this supposedly stupendous announcement from Calmini at SEMA 2009? SEMA started Monday, and I haven't seen anything yet.
Steve Kramer - Go ahead and tease us with the newest toys we just can't live without!
:D
Yankee Tim 11-05-2009, 02:39 PM I wonder if they didn't get it finished in time. I'll ask.

Maybe it's a in-dash automatic "bullshit meter" with optional "really slow answering system" :grinpimp:

If Calmini were the only company that sold Suzuki stuff. I would build a jeep.

Yankee Tim 11-10-2009, 10:26 AM Calm down. Its not fully done.
And its not a part. Its a whole bunch of parts, all in a few large boxes.
Wow, DannyL is around.
Quick, everyone piss Danny off by replying to his posts with things having nothing to do with him. ;)

I really get tired of Manufacturers who do this, and Steve Kramer has a long history of this exact behavior. I'm not saying his products are bad, although some of you will say they're overpriced (and let's face it, Samurai owners are notoriously cheap bastards.) My Calmini gear has stood up to years of hard use. I would guess that I have also spent more than a year, waiting for one new Calmini product or another...well maybe two years. I may have spent a year waiting just for the Anvil (from the time it was announced, to the time it was actually available for sale). Is it a good product? No, it's a great product. But the waiting is one of the things that makes me less than enthusiastic about doing business with Calmini.
Yankee Tim 11-16-2009, 09:50 AM It just didn't make the schedule. Its on the lift and being fitted now.
As Jerry used to say, "All good things in all good time"
Although we want to be at the front of the line, Calmini is also Pure Traction and Pure Jeep, so their R&D isn't solely Zooks anymore.
But that said, it will be f'ing kewl.

And PureNissan, and PureIsuzu... Did they ever do PureYugo?
Yankee Tim 11-17-2009, 05:48 AM Did they ever do PureYugo?
Nope, they didn't want to step on G-man Fakeweld's toes.:flipoff2:

Tim, you are SUCH a tease.
Yankee Tim 11-17-2009, 12:30 PM Tim, you are SUCH a tease.
Funny, that's the same thing the hot chicks say. I touch it with the tip, put the tip in, and take it back out. After several times, they call me a "tease". Go figure.
If you are calling me a tease in the same manner, well, our friendship will need to end now, as it's a little too :rainbow: for me.
When I got more info, I'll tell you alone, for 5 minutes before I tell everyone else. That way, for a short time, you'll be kewl like me. LOL

Is that really possible? :flipoff2:
How brown is the end of your nose anyway?
