Keep an eye out for our complete kit line ups that are being put together daily. These aren't necessarily new products, but taking our existing lineup and making it very easy for you guys to get what you need without hunting through tons of parts trying to piece together what you need, like some websites force you to do, unless you like doing that. All of our parts will still be offered individually. Some advantages include discounted pricing and hardware which we're beginning to stock to go along with the rest of our products. If you have something you'd like to see put into a kit please Pm me or post up.

Things to keep an eye out for

63" kit - already up

Traction bar kit which will include all the bushings and hardware necessary, you'll just need to cut and weld some tube to fit your needs.

Our kit will be released initially for a D30 and D60, but depending on demand we can always branch out.

3 link is the best that you're going to get on a taco rear with a standard gas tank. We have built several rear 3-links and could easily derive a kit if needed.

We have not released a rear kit because I'm personally not a huge fan of the 3-link rear end on a DD. If you're willing to relocate the tank, I think we can help you out. I'll get with Allen today and talk it over.

yes i would be willing to relocate my tank for a 4 link, as i would feel much safer on that for a daily driver.

Also my HP44 Knuckles should be getting there today for machining and to be sent back with a pair of your high steer arms so i can get this bitch on the rocks!

thanks so much Jeff!

Looking for a front 3 or 4 link kit for a yj using a dana 44 front chevy axle. Got anything in the works for that setup allready have the rear 4 linked just looking too do the front now and would be easyer if i could just lay it too the frame and weld instead of crunching the numbers and doing my own.
Thanks

We have been bogged down with the new military contract and most protoryping has slowed down. Once we have things running smoothly on a 24/7 basis then we can trasition back to moving forward with these projects.

XJ Kit - About a week out
http://i727.photobucket.com/albums/ww274/BallisticEng/XJ/xjassembly.jpg

Jeff, the XJ crowd prefers a 3 link front over the radius arm kits commonly on the market. I recommend you post that design up in the Cherokee section and get their feedback before you go production with a radius arm design. Its like free R&D from guys that know what they did and would do different. Applications for jeep speed and Rock crawling could benefit from a good XJ 3link kit.

Just trying to help.

looking forward to seeing the tractins bars kit. You guys shoudl design a four link kit for the superduty's. theirs tons of money in this field and not many people producing anything for a resonable price.

For those looking for traction bar kits, it may be a little while until they are on the site, sometimes that process is delayed, but feel free to call the shop and we can place an order for the parts necessary to get you what you need on an individual basis. I can also be reach via e-mail at Eng@ballisticfabrication.com Thanks and we are working daily and getting new parts out, but the details and find print take time.

any news on the xj kit???

Ballistic Eng
01-04-2010, 03:31 PM
Very close. We pushed pretty hard to get our new free spin kit done for the Dodge and Ford guys. Only parts left to make are the new uniball axle side upper mounts. Everything else is done. If you don't need the entire kit or you don't plan on replacing the factory axle mounts we can probably piece everything else together right now for you if you call the shop, otherwise we're still working on the axle upper mounts.

redkling
01-04-2010, 03:37 PM
yeah I plan on replacing the uppers as well, is there anyway you can pm me a projected "estimated" price for this kit?

Ballistic Eng

A full kit will have everything needed to assemble in terms of brackets and links. We have not hammered out the details on hardware and pricing yet, but it's coming.

call for a quote on the plate, latches are pretty much covered, the spindle will have to wait until after our hub kits are all in production.

I agree. Love the truss, but if you could figure out a way to do a nice 3 link with a passenger side upper and keep the LCA frame mounts above the bottom of the frame, it'd be golden.

It's just that there are already numerous radius arms out on the market that are fairly cheap, plus all the 3/4 links (RK, BDS, Full Traction, Poly) are super expensive. I've been waiting because I don't want to settle for a radius arm kit, but just can't afford the 3/4 links yet.

Something like this would be sweet. Sorry vetteboy for stealing your design, but it is pimp.
