I have a 110 lincoln weld pack 100 and sometimes when welding the 2 pound spool will quit feeding because the nylon nut will tighten and prevent the spool from turning. Check the pics and see if I am missing something

Also, the 10-pound spools will fit in there too right?

You could try placing some teflon tape on the thread to keep the screw from moving.
Or if the internal thread is a blind hole, you could place some kind of dowel/spacer in there to prevent the screw from over tightening.

I think the larger spool will be ok.They work on my 150.

Make sure your spool is seating fully on the hub. Your screw should thread in under some resistance and if not, it is worn out.

Yes the bigger spools will fit though I have had to grind down the edge's a little on some of the wooden spools.

Those little2 pound spools are a pain in what ever you use but a spoolgun.

Get a 10 pound spool of .023 and you will be good to go.
