My .357 developed an issue today. Sometimes after firing the trigger would stick half way back. When it does this the hammer is locked in the released position and the cylinder will not rotate. I have to open the cylinder, upon opening the cylinder the trigger will return to its normal position. After closing it I can fire a round or two and it will "jam" again.Any ideas?

sounds like some dirt/grit inside needs cleaning out, then teh trigger can move freely...ever had the sideplate off?

You are correct sir. I just got through cleaning it out. I should have given it a good cleaning before asking. I guess I just feared the worst and thought I had broken something. Lesson learned.:homer:
