My son and I have a slash, he has the Ams oil truck and I have the Jerry Whelchel truck. We have two pretty good tracks here to race on, the nitro pit and SRS.

I've been away from racing for a long time, I forgot how much fun it is.

Edit... here are some pics

I had a e-revo vxl, RIP lil buddy, sadly it kept on eating speed controlers so she had to go back to traxxas for repairs.
It sure is fun tho, and it huals asssssssssssssssssss:eek:

I've got a 1/16th 4wd Slash, VXL Brushless with two batteries. Hauls ass enough for me to break the chassis in half.

thinking about upgrading...sometime...

I'm gonna do a custom rollcage for it and paint up a body for it when I get motivated.

I've got a stock Slash, stock SC10 and stock Blitz. There's a spare untouched Slash that will go to my son for x-mas, but it was my standby in case the race truck broke.
There's really no place to run them anywhere near here, so maybe getting these was a mistake. We'll be racing them at ice rinks for the winter, so maybe ice racing RC will catch on.

This is my Slayer, its too fast for me! it goes 60+

It has a ton of upgrades, Picco .26 engine, tuned exhaust, CVDs and more, its a blast, but its taking some practice to handle it full speed.

I just bought two SC10s for my son and I. I just have to wait for Santa to drop them on in a few days.

Dan, you need to open them a little early. I think they are gonna try the Christmas run at RC Fun this coming weekend. It would be cool to see you and your son out there with us.

I know you have seen the video since you just redid their site. Mine is the neon yellow SC10. I am running a Novak GTB SS and a 13.5 Ballistic Motor.

Had a SC10, sold it to focus on my 1:8 brushless truggy. The truggy is ridiculously fun and tunable. Short course is the funnest class at my track though, so I'll pickup a Slash 4x4 Platinum when they hit the shelves late Dec/early Jan.

My SC10 when I had it:

Mugen MBX5t, custom conversion by yours truly, BCE chassis, RX8/1700kv system, Neu XP 5000 lipos, Hitec 5955TG, soft City Blocks on Rulux. Just got a SHIFT body for it, very sleek (not in pics)

They don't....lol! It's a clear lexan body, painted then the Potawatomi and other decals are added.

Traxxas was going to release the body this month, but i guess they had licensing issues.
