Angeles National Forest OHV closures

Those of us in the So. Cal. have had Little Rock OHV area closed for about a year now, due to small number of Arroyo Toads. Now we are having the San Gabriel Canyon OHV area threatened of closure by the existance of the Santa Ana Suckerfish. An area of about 2 square miles LA offroaders are legal to use. What good are designated areas just to have fish & game shut them down? If we dont have designated areas we will go everywhere else!
