Found one for $200, looks like it's in OK shape. Not a whole wealth of info on them online. Reliable? Worth it? Or should I just throw another hundred bucks down and get a Walther?

For that sort of scratch I'd buy a used Ruger(you'll find them that cheap once in a while) or Smith 22A.

For $25 more get a 22A, for $40 more get a Ruger.

Kinda what i figured. Maybe I'll lowball him 100 bucks.
