When I removed my tub I broke 2 body bolts. One of them I was able to weld a nut to and back out with no issues. The other wasn't so easy. I tried multiple times and could not break the bolt free. I ended up drilling it out and found the nutsert in the body was completely rotted.
At this point I need to find a way to get a bolt in but not sure what my best bet is. The location is on the right side center mount which falls basically under the passenger seat. I thought about drilling up and using a nut, but there are multiple layers in that area so I am not sure how well that would work. Any other suggestions?
Also I should add that I have easy access to work on this right now. The body is sitting on its side on a cart.

You really can't do too much unless you cut enough out of the floor to gain access into the support channel where the body mount sits.
This is what came out of mine after a slight tumble. 2 mounts on driver's side and 1 on passenger side. 1 broke through and the other 2 collapsed.

What I did was remove the back 2 middle mounts on body side. I structured a single mount to be above the rear lower control arm bracket. There is a hole there already. I have 1.25" body lift and incorporated an original rubber mount back in.

I was adding a rocker skid and secured the skid plate to the side as well as the body mount channel. I used access holes to gain access to add washers and nuts to the support channel. There are places where a spacer was needed on the underside of the channel. It is not flat.

Weld a nut to a plate, cut an access hole to slide it in place inside the tub, bolt it up. The plate will spread the load some. I wouldn't drill through the double sheet metal there because it'll just collapse as you tighten the body bolt unless you sleeve it somehow.
