I need help crating and shipping a tub...OK...Overnite trucking wants $1910, and will accept a pallet, and pickup at the guy's house. Whatever! This is the same company aqualu uses...I can get an aqualu tub to my door for $350...
Forwardair.com will overnite it from LA to KC for $160. Much better, but it must be crated. If you can help me out by crating a tub and hauling it to LAX, I'll make it worth your time, :) Alan, aka chef

My daughter lives up in Isla Vista (UCSB), but I think that it might be a little too heavy for her. You might try contacting one of the jock fraternities up there, they have lots of beefy pledges looking to earn some extra keg money.
I live about 2 hours north of there, how worth my time will it be?

That is a great idea!
I think I have my solution worked out. Seller is going to crate the tub, freightquote.com got me a truck to LAX, forwardair.com gets me home. "preciate the offers and thoughts, Chef
