Winter build up ! Heck it's still September.

Regardless - I like it!. A couple questions?
1) Gas tank - where, how, etc.
2) Wheel wells
3) Rear of the frame - chop it and box it?

But again. NICE!

Fuel cell,I will run it in the bed for now, but most likely drop it to the bottom of the frame rails which will leave about 4-5 inches in the bed. The wheel wells are going to be tubbed. As for the frame,

Custom or like a Summit unit....

anyone on know of some other cell's to check out?? I looked through my Summit catalog and their site... and didn't really find what I was looking for.

Thinking something in the 30-gal range. Long and skinny....

Might get ahold of Bob Roggy. I saw a thread a while back where he made a garhugegemous fuel cell for some guy so he could drive all the way across Utah without having to stop for fuel. If you can weld leak-free joints, it shouldn't be that hard to fab one up.

thought about that... haven't checked with local fab shops yet, just been looking for pre-manufacured.... approved fuel cells, but custome may be the way to go...

If I could find a buddy with a Tig...... I'd just build it my self.

now to decide... SS or allum.... :D

I had the same thoughts on a fuel cell lowered into the bed. With that little of a bed when your finished and wheel tubs a spare tire will be hard to fit back there with a fuel cell at normal level in the bed.

Again NICE!!!
