Found "the Chassis Shop" in a Search, but it appears they only deal with .120 wall and down. I'm looking for .250 wall or maybe larger. Where do you guys go? Thanks.

Sweet. Thanks. Local shop quoted me $5.70 a foot for 2" OD, 1/8" wall CrMo. Thought it seemed a little high, so figured I'd price check... Thanks again for the link and for going easy on me:flipoff2: . LOL.

The place to check is EMJ Metals. They have THE BEST pirces.

...if you're buying full sticks. If you're buying less than a full stick, the cut charges at a place like that will kill you.

Is another I've found to be competitive with EMJ. With both you still have to factor in freight unless you live near one of their yards.

Haha. Just checked Mapquest - that EMJ is about 3/4 of a mile from me right now (at work). I'll stop by on the way home. Thanks again!

I thank you for leading me on to them in the first place Camo. You saved me ALLOT of money.

Their price for 1.5"od .188 wall 4130 in 260' quantity came to $4.40 per foot.

People here have payed more than that for D.O.M.!!

Thanks,
Sean

Try Tubeservice also. If you're gettin full sticks they are not too bad. If you can get together with a couple folks and buy in qty it helps a ton. Ask them to pull up the pricing for 4 lengths as opposed to one. Sometimes its just as easy to buy two as it is to get just one.
