Supposedly these guys are in Leesburg, FL. Jeep friend needs a lift installed and has already paid, drives down and business looks abandoned. :mad3:

When did he pay and how was teh transaction made? If he did online a lot of cards have some form of protection for siuations like that. Good luck!

When I was in college, I had a shop close down with my truck inside. The guy took my money, didn't gear out my axles or build my driveshafts, and skipped town.

The owner of the building refused to give me my truck back.

I had to get the sheriff to force him to let me get my truck, but for some reason the drag link had been taken off and he wouldn't let me look for it.

So I had to get my friends to help me kick the tires around to "steer" it and get it on a tow truck.

If I ever run into that guy again, I'm takin' 2K out of his hide.

Apparently the shop is closed on Monday, but he knew that my friend was coming today, HELLO TODAY IS MONDAY!
