I just took my truck apart to swap the tranny, and realized after it was in pieces that I need a forward shift W56 tranny (88-94), and bought a top shift W56 trans (84-88).

I am looking for an 88-94 W56 4WD 5spd transmission, for a forward shift transfer case. If anybody has one, or can help me find one, I would appreciate a heads up; something local would be fantastic, as I could put the truck back together and enjoy Thanksgiving.

I do not need the transfer case or bell housing, I just need the gearbox.

I can buy your tranny, or trade you for the W56 4WD 5spd (84-88) top shift transmission I bought; it was rebuilt 15k miles ago, and is in good shape, feels very solid.
