I received a response from my congressman on why he could not support OHV trail funding and he said it was because OHV users represent a small minority of recreational trail users.

This seems to conflict with everything i hear, including what "they" say regarding trails like the Rubicon where apparently there are thousands and thousands of users on the trail every year...

So, any body got a link to soem OHV use numbers, maybe a chart showing OHV registration trends, anything like that, that i can include in my response to him?

Your Congress Critter needs and edumacation. Maybe we should all show up at his office so he can see for himself how many of us there are?

Me and my "rep" seem to disagree on a quite a few issues these days... my guess is he doesn't hear from too many OHV users, although i know they are around because i see plenty of rigs. He may just need a little visual edumacation :)
