We did a FWD-FWD club cleanup at a local Corps of Engineer property called Marshall Creek today.

The local warden was out and took pictures of all the 4x4 guys with garbage bags picking up the trail. The Fort Worth newspaper was supposedly out there too as well as the local mayor thanking us and doing a writup.

We picked up a large dumpster full of crap :mad:

It is unbelievable what some people will throw on the trail.

man i had actually planned on going out there yesterday for the cleanup but we had to go looking for houses instead. i did see you in your rig turning off of 377 yesterday. i also saw 4 other cruisers while out yesterday!

went to Katemcy this weekend had a riot. I liked High 5 great run. we went up and to the right. do you go staright up or to the right ??Baby huey was great also...next time you are down ask Shain/Val/Ray where Eugenes B@lls is at..its a new one by radiator hill. Shain kept saying ah man High 5 is going to be all over this one hopefully i will be there to see it

when i went up it i followed the crack pretty much the whole way up then right at the end i cut to the left. baby huey climbed it after me and he had to cut left alot sooner because he could not get up on top and straddle the crack on the way out. it was just because he was not quite as wide as i was. it really wasn't too awfully difficult with big tires but it does have the possibility of throwing you into the crack if you don't do it right. if that happened it would suck. i was hoping to go back out there this weekend but we are looking for a new house an we have to go looking again this weekend. i have a new climb i found out there last time that i want to make a trail out of. i didn't clibb it but it will be a fun one if they will let me make it. it runs up through some trees and there is one bush that would need to be taken out. i'll get with shain when i am out there again and see if it is alright. that place has alot of potential that has yet to be discovered.

now the big wait for deer season to be over....theres a ton of potenial. I cant wait. hope to wheel with you down there sooner or later
they had us turn right on it. theres a bunch of tailight debris over there......i think we are talking about the same place....Shain wasnt there but said it was high 5 hmmmmmmm when the pics get on the site i will check and see

i saw the pic's from eugenes balls on the katemcy web site. man that does look like some fun. that first wall you have to clear looks like the hardest part. i just wish i was going out there this weekend like i had planned :(

the 1st wall is the hardest then a little clawing on the very top....are you coming up to trailfest in clayton this weekend....we are opening a new extreme trail...mr frielings staircase....you have to have a winch...i figure you do i cant remember if i saw one on your rig........should be some fun

yes i have a winch (m8274, is there any other :D ) anyway i won't be there this weekend :( we are looking for a new house so that is getting my attn right now. it sucks to because i really want to go this weekend!
