ARB’s patented 2-piece case design is manufactured from heavy cross sectioned nodular iron casting for virtually unbreakable strength. As with all of ARB’s Performance Air Lockers, the RD150 features ARB’s patented Time Gear Technology, which offers the highest locking strength while maintaining split-second unlocking ability. Internally, a steel reinforced, bonded seal has been designed to handle the most extreme climactic temperatures on earth complementing the competition bred strength of the locker.

Well aware of the demands necessitated by this competitive market, the Air Locker engineering department utilized the very latest CAD, CAM, parametric solid modeling systems, and finite element analysis packages when developing the RD150 Air Locker. This technology enabled Air Locker engineers to test a computer generated model in an unlimited number of virtual environments before the final product was developed. The results of ARB’s comprehensive development program are impressive to say the least.

With more than 6 million Ford 9 3/4” axles on the streets in a variety of models, most notably the Ford F150, this locker is anticipated to be in demand. Pre orders are currently being accepted.
