Arrived in Oz last night (Sun night Down Under), and headed out for my Vitamin B supplement (Victoria Bitters :beer: ). One of the other pilots on this trip is a Navy flight school classmate of mine from 17 yrs ago! We're heading out this morning (815am Monday here right now) to catch the ferry to Manly Beach! I'll have the camera and will be on the constant look out for Cruisers! I've already seen some Prados and a few what looked like 80 series, but last night it was either hold a beer or hold a camera!!:flipoff2:

I'm here until Tue night and then off to the P.I. and then to Osaka, where I will hook up with a Lister from the LCML. I'm hauling back some parts to the US from Japan, but might be able to bring back a little more. If you can set it up, or tell me exactly where to go and what to get, I'll do my best! I will be back Down Under in 2 weeks for another 2 days if you need something hauled back from Oz!

No, I can't bring trannies, bumpers, etc. But if I could, I'd be bringing back a RHD 70 series!! :flipoff2: Or maybe a RHD 45 Troopie!!:flipoff2: :flipoff2: Also, keep in mind, anything I bring back I have to declare. I can declare up to $200 total, duty free, then its 10% duty!

Actually, I didn't do jack on this leg!! As the relief pilot, I do the walk around (external preflight) and the just sit in the seat when either of the two pilots need a break. I spent most of the flight in the back in my "flying jammies" playing Baldur's Gate on my laptop!!:D

The Capt scared the sh!t out of me with his landing!! Yikes!! :eek:

Great day hanging out in Manly Beach today! Lots of young Ozzie jubblies!! Talked our way into Manly Beach Yacht Club and drank beers out on the back deck!!:D Damn ugly Americans!! Got some Cruiser sighting pics too, will try to post them shortly!!

No one has me hauling 70 series blinkers yet. So far I'm bringing a console for a 60 from Sydney, and some parts from Japan. I'll be back here in a couple weeks if someone can set something up and wants me to bring something back!!

No chance I'm gonna just see a set, and I'm not gonna just start looking for a set. However, if you or someone wants to/will set you up with something, I'll gladly haul it back with me!! If not this trip, I'll be back in 12 days!! Just be aware that I am only duty free up to $200, then there is 10% duty.

i honestly dont know, but i know in the 80 series sahara (luxury ones) you actually got a fridge in the 80 series console

Its an overhead console, looks pretty nice from the pic I saw!
