I've reached the point where I want another AK or two. Actually an underfolder and AMD-65. I'd really like to build both but prices are rather interesting right now.

It appears that I can purchase either gun complete for $200 or so less than I can build one. That sucks.

All the kits are still at least $250 and I really want numbers matching. Anybody seeing cheaper kits out there?

Yeah, I've looked at all the AIM guns. Prices are really dropping on complete rifles.

Yeah, most of the folders I've shot were uncomfortable but I like the look of them for some reason. If I build them they will end up in the safe with my FAL, probably less than 300rds per year.

I disagree on the underfolder not being comfy..I can shoot hundreds of rds thru my underfolder and it feels great...whereas the little wood stock makes me tired after a couple mags...
