Just a couple quick ?s. First off, here's a drawing of the setup I have. http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid34/pc39446ac0cb2427763694b20dba55a5a/fd381248.jpg
I was bending yesterday (1st one) and the bolts that attach the bender to the table bent. Longer bolts are in order. Now for more prevention, the square tube (orange) is not welded to the table, should I weld it for a more stable surface? Should I add a bigger, thicker piece of steel to the underneath of the table for a more solid surface?

I doon't have any pics at the moment, but I mounted it the way the factory recommended.

1) Bender
2) 1/2" spacer block
3) 1/2" mounting plate
4) weld that to a 2"X3" .120 wall vertical.
then I took it and made it a bit more flexible:
5) weld that to a 2X2" .120 wall tube for bumper mounting.
6) took a 2" reciever hitch and welded it to a plate which can be bolted to floor for use in MY shop. Hitch and plate can be unbolted for storage.

This way I can use it on a vehicle (portable to other shops) or at home with some flexibility.

But if you BENT the bolts they send for mounting, I would take a look at SOMETHING. That takes some serious doing.
