Here is a sneak peak of our soon to be released winch mount. In an attempt to move all our production in house, we have teamed with a local company to design our very own winch mount.

These will be the base for our new line of winch bumpers for all 84-95 pickups and 4runners.

* The winch mount is 1/4" press bent and laser cut for a precision fit, function, and strength.

* Includes 1/8" Dimple Died front skid that provides strength and better areodynamics.

* Allows the use of two 3/4" D-ring shackles(not included) for recovery purposes.

* All mounting bolts including winch holes are still easily accessible.

* Now Available separately from the bumper to build your own bumper.

We will be taking PRE-ORDERS on the new bumpers as of now. Introductory pricing will start at $375/ea for a bumper alone. Once the new mounts are ready, the price will go up.

The new winch mount does increase our assembly time, but the added increase is well worth the slight increase in cost to the customer. Especially for our own signature winch mount.

If you would like the bumper packaged with the new frame reinforcement kit it will be $429. The new reinforcement kit will include all grade 8 equivalent hardware for mounting.

Can I buy just the mounting plate? The part that lines up with the holes on the frame?

At some point, the winch plate will be available by itself.

any ideas how far away that is? might just have to buy the winch mounting plate as a whole. I just don't plan to mount a winch, instead make a reciever hitch for the winch to mount to use front or rear. I would probably use a winch more to pull stuff onto a trailer than for recovery. However I have learned never to say never and hate to have 2 winches corroding(sp?) in bumpers if I can keep it in a dry tool box until ready to use.

I like it. Especiallly the d ring mounts on the side. To bad I already have a trail-gear mount.

I added some thicker material for the d-ring mounts to the design and made some minor changes. So, I am just waiting on the new prototype to show. When it does and I can sign off on the design, I will order a pallet of them. Still a few more weeks.

Not yet. I will update the website and this thread when they are ready.

Winch mounts have been ordered. I will be using the initial run of plates for bumpers only.

They should be here in about three weeks.
