The tcase I got for the D100 project has a different larger front output flange that is ~4.5" in diameter with larger center hole and different bolt pattern. I would guess this is for the disco CV front shaft? It is 28 spline. Is this the same spline as all lt230's?

I already have a CV front shaft with the adapter and would rather swap output flanges than get a new front shaft or adapter.
Anyone want to trade?

Got several standard LT 230 flanges, in various condition's. dont need the one you got though.

flange kits from rover arent all that bad if i remember correctly, and they come with a new nut, new felt washer, a new flange, and a new seal. We replaced flanges on trucks all the time at rover. Its part of one of the high mileage services i think, or maybe the service writers just said it was so we did it. But those flanges will get nice scores in them from sand and crud collecting around the seal. makes for a great T-case leak.
