Not the best photos but the lighting was really poor. I did my best. http://www.nwcruisers.com/runs/NWC090702/index.html

I didn't actually make it to participate. I was having a hard time parting with $50 for an entry fee and my Cruiser wanted to me to work on it rather than break it.

Bad Dawg is running a 541 cu inch Chevy big block now. It spins the tires pretty well. I've rode in a couple of times at some local dunes with the old motor and it basically like riding in a rocket ship. Half way up the dune 4,000 rpms and Darrel punches it to 8,000 rpms at everything starts to blurrrrrr! http://www.nwcruisers.com/runs/NWC122000/index.html

Idaho. And no Darrel hasn't started on the 45 yet. He had a really rough year at work so that put him behind schedule. I think he promised his wife and maybe himself too that he'd finish their Chevy mud bog/show truck prior to starting the 45 wagon. He was talking about motors for the 45 wagon the last time I was over at his place. It sounds like he is going with a 383 Chevy factory crate motor with factory TBI injection in the 45. It is some new combo Chevy is offering. I just saw a flyer on that motor at the Chevy dealer.

And as to the comment about the trees. Ha Ha Ha! I live in Mtn. Home, it looks pretty mountainous doesn't it? High Desert! It was formerly called Rattle Snake Station. What you probably don't realize is the girl isn't hiding behind the trees she's hiding under the helmet. Darrel's wife is driving the Dawg in all of those pictures. She turns in better times int he mud than Darrel. But I guess he does better in the Sand Drags.
