as of right now its complete as a short block, have a 97 XJ head i will throw in as well if you buy everything.

352 casting rods, completely R&R'd
silvolite pistons .030" (pistons have marks on them from valve contact, had a shop look at them and said it would not affect performance or life span, once you get the dished they will be machined out)

eres alittle background for the engine, i had a shop back home (IL) that id never used before build the shortblock. deck the block, dish pistons, assemble, when i first put the engine in it popped through the intake. after paying outrageous shops fees to get it done i was irate. i had picked it up a month earlier and lost my receipt for the work (its somewhere at the house). i didnt know what was wrong, i packed everything i had torn off the jeep in the back of it and rolled it out in the driveway. i talked to the shop and there was nothing i could do without a receipt to prove what was done. i finally got some free time to pull the head back off and pulled the cam to check it out to make sure i didnt screw it up. cam was fine but i noticed the pistons were never dished, not a big deal just had to run premium instead. i thought they overdecked the block, its clear to see where a couple valves just barely touched the pistons. then i noticed they never shimmed the rockers. (have since got rocker shims) i havent checked the valves yet. (it was the original 200k mile head anyways, was gonna redo it later) the long block is assembled but i would recommend going back through it.

will deliver most anywhere in the midwest for fuel.
