somebody send me some ford ball joint knuckles/spindles and I'll try it. I'll even document every step to see if they fit or where it goes wrong.

I have a 1995 f350 and just swapped from knuckles out from a 2000 F450, the pass side axle shaft from the F450 was longer but the u-joints were the same so i swapped inner axles and with some steering mod's due to the larger tie rods i'm driving the truck with F450 brakes up front and 19.5 wheels.

would need a set of knuckles to verify the fit and finish, but if this is the case, alot of the older unit bearing trucks can swap knuckles/spindles and go back to a wheel bearing setup. I know they are cheaper to replace every year than unit bearings.
