Will Chevy 3/4 ton dana 44 flat top knuckles fit on a 77 wagoneer narrow trac dana 44? Can I just swap the knuckles out and bolt everything else back on so I won't have to swap brakes, rotors, hubs, etc? Or will it require more parts than just swapping the outer knuckles on and bolting the rest of the waggy stuff back on?

I think they would work fine. I used outer knuckles off a 91 or so chevy 1500 and everything bolted up fine.

Yes they will,
All Dana 44 open knuckle Ball joint and Dana 30's before the YJ's & TJ will also fit, interchange, Ford, Chevy, Jeep ect..
