only :rainbow: ones... since my 86 toy came with IFS it was converted to a good axle (HP D44) but it failed at CalROCS, so the zuki buggy is gonna get 60's :D cuz 60's get it :D
Dychen 10-01-2002, 10:19 PM overkill come awn!
you had the HP44 on your yota retubed didn't ya? also, what gears are you running in that thing, only one company i found sells 5.38's, everyone else is 5.13's

yea it was re-tubed, 5.38's from Randy's :D
the D60 will stay on 4:10's... 146:1 is enough i think ;)
Dychen 10-01-2002, 10:36 PM ya 146 to 1 is good stuff.
with the HP44 the only thing differant parts wise from a normal 44 is the gears right? also i heard these don't do all the well on the freeway in the rear of a rig, is that true?

gears are the difference... and yea they run on the weak (coast) side of the gear in back...

Dave Yahoo me! Want to talk to you about that high pinion 44:D
and ya it's a dually front end.. but see the non dually outers :D
madmarx 10-03-2002, 11:54 AM DSI, in your first pic, it looks like you have a REALLY high pinion. In fact if that spring perch is correct, the pinion is pointed about straight up.... What's up wit dat ?

ha ha ha ha ha... look closer at that piece and tell me why it's about 1in wide and has 2 holes, one on each end... if you check F350's have a swaybar that bolt's to the back side of the housing with 2 bolt's on a flat plate style mount exactly like the one in question...
madmarx 10-03-2002, 12:03 PM Ok, I did not look close enough. But It STILL looks like a spring perch :flipoff2:
