Has anyone had a problem with Dana 44 hysteer arms hitting the tires when they are 15x10 with a standard offset running a 12.5 wide tire? This would be on a full width axle?

Thnx

Yes, it depends on which outers you are using. Scout II outers are narrower then Chebbie and Ford, thus casuing the problem. I have arms that have more turn to clean my 3.75" BS wheels.

Who did you get the arms from?

Secret source. They were a limited production run that I'm testing for NASA :flipoff2:

Yep I had this problem origanally. Then I had a new set made with a bit of a turn in. Problem solved.

I have yet to put on the new arms so I am unsure if there going to hit or not..

When you go with these turned in steering arms, aren't you just throwing away Ackerman?
I would think that would be something that may not be worth the comprimise.....????

Your Ackerman angles don't mean sheet if the tires won't turn :flipoff2:

I'm certainly not trying to start this again....

just pointing out that blindly angling steering arms "in" isn't the end-all be-all solution...
