I dont have any figures on the torque and all for this engine.. I wish I know how to measure that??? any info would be welcome in this regard.. But I know that there is lots of low end power in diesel powered rigs like this one.. Its around 1900 cc I think as far as displacement is concerned..

ehsankiani - so you said "old" how old is that thing.. I mean, by the condition of that body it looks like it just rolled out from the factory. You always have some great pics man.. keep em coming.

Nice pics, but that isn't a jeep. It's an M151

when did a m151 MUTT qualify as a jeep??? and as for getting one in that condition its not hard as there are quite a few floating around.
But i do like the engine transplant

Yeah, you can tell it's a MUTT... look at the IFS front end. I know they is at least one place in NC that still makes them new...

They look cool, but for what we do, they're pretty un-impressive for the price.

That Mutt was not made in the states. If you look closely it is a right hand drive. You can tell by the placement of break booster and clutch MC. I think it is still cool though. I know where there are a couple original Military Mutts in rough shape by me. I think it would be a fun restore.

Sorry guys.. thats not a Jeep.. Its an M151.. We call most old 4x4 Jeeps here in Pakistan..
Well.. This is not a new M151 but a rebuilt one.. It was originally LHD and was converted to Right hand Drive with the engine conversion..
