Lame Cherokee tire question, but need answer [Archive]

OK, I know this is an EXTREMELY lame question, but I know I can get a quick answer here, I've searched here and all over the web and can't find the answer. My work vehicle is a stock 2000 2 dr. 4wd XJ Cherokee, it needs new tires and I don't want to put 215s back on it. Whats the largest size tire a bone stock XJ can fit? Don't flame me, serious question, and I'm not all that familiar with STOCK vehicles:D .

235/75 r15

30x9.5 will fit on the older ones, but not the new ones.

If it's a new upcountry model, a 30X9.5 will fit with no problems
