Nicked named "Bruno" this bumper is constructed out of high strength A572, 3/16" steel and dimple died holes aid in both strength and aesthetics.

This Low profile bumper is sold in two configurations welded and unwelded.

Fits both the Jeep YJ and Jeep TJ. Bolts on existing frame rail mounting locations, (10) for a TJ & (6) for a YJ.

Bumper includes 1/4" thick fairlead mounting plate, two 1" thick tow points & tow point backing plates.

Excellent approach angle and super compact design will help keep you from getting hung up in the rocks.

Works with OEM swaybar as well as after market sway bars.

All brackets are laser cut out of 3/16", 1/4" and 1" thick steel and formed on a press break.

Bumper is sold unpainted.

All tube work is constructed out of 1.75" x .120 wall DOM, and is designed to fit Jeeps with a 1" body lift.

The photo of the TJ bumpers tube work shown above will not be offered, this is due to the limitations of the bender. I am not able to do this design with out a splice in the middle.

I will be selling the style of tubing shown on the YJ above, the tubing is 1.75" DOM.

The price for the tube work is TBD, as I need to build a few more of these to nail down the final pricing.

The outside width of the bumper 33.85", It fits snug against the side of the frame rails.

The dimpled die holes in the middle of of the bumper are 1.5" dia.

At this time I am not doing custom tube work or stingers for this bumper.

I had a revlation in the shop today, I will be selling this bumper in a few different tube configurations, The grill hoop will be offered in both straight and bug eyed as well as the stinger will have an option for a single bend or double bend.

Install went fairly well. The 4 little bolts that hold the fairlead mount on for shipping had the threads all marred, so they had to be cut off.

the only real negative is that the shackle mounts are drilled too small for 1" shackles, but that's not a big deal.

Welds look great, and the shackles are welded and re-enforced on the back side; a nice little safety touch.

I will definately use better bolts to hold the fairlead mount in place for shipping.

I will however I don't know when. Bending tube is very time consuming, and the bug eyed version of the grill hoop is very difficult to get it just right. The bends are too close for a CNC bender so it has to be done on a manual style bender.

I need to hire another shop hand who knows how to use the bender and get the tube work back on the website.
