We have secured special accomodations and pricing for competitors only. It is a 20' x 20' tent with 3 sides and a fold up door. It will be the same heavy canvas that our main tent was last year and will stand up to the wind.

The cost is $450 per tent. The tent will be setup no later than Sunday and be taken down no earlier than the following Saturday.

We will most likely try to organize the teams with tents as close to vendor row as possible for simplicity and visual effect for the film.

Yes you can camp behind your tent, possibly not your whole entourage, but definitely an RV.

I'm making my annual "call" to all the teams today and tomorrow. Make sure we talk about this if you're interested.

You should have a limited amount of space with your tent. It should be enough to accomidate a mid sized team. If you are sharing you might be ok.

We may need two, but one 20x20 for sure.
