I'm looking for someone who can install a hi-steer kit on my 84 4runner. Anyone reliable (and cheap) in the socal region?

How much should I pay for something like this?

The 4runner currently has a POS shackle lift. I plan on going with the allpro kit later down the road, will I have to reposition the steering box later if I do the hi-steer now?

I think they are 3" downey springs. They mount to the stock cross member.
