I have a 99 explorer sport, and my T-case was leaking about 3 weeks ago... I took down the front drive shaft, but there is no way to take out the joint.:confused:

Just to clarify, I want to change the front seal, and I don't know how, ford's dealer wanna rip me off, I need some help, please if you know how, let me know...

Diagrams, pics, exploded views will help a lot...

Takethe big nut in the center of the yoke off then remove the yoke,pull the seal.. instalation is just the opposite.. Go buy a repair manual it has diagrams and instructions..

i think you have to split the case on that one.the yoke for the front is like a stub shaft with a clip holding it on from the inside.
