I'm getting ready to put my new fender on and notice that the FUEL FILLER TUBE is trashed (I've put gas in it before too )
Anyway How hard are these to put on when the fender is in-tact????
I know where I can get one but the place is 1/2 an hr away and he's not even open today. It would be another week till it gets done And I really don't want to wait!!!

Not too bad if you don't have any body damage. I did it on my scout and had to angle/turn it quite a bit because of some rear quarter dents. You might also have to lift on the frame and allow the axle to drop down, my scout is SOA rear.

You should be able to do it no problem, I was able to remove all the componets (gas tank, vapor tank, and filler through the access panel and from below.

Glad to hear this since I started welding the new fender in place.
I'll have pics before the end of the week so you guys can laugh at my first fender swap.
