Add a 3/8 ring of steel around the outside where the bolts go through. Countersink the bolts, and you can compete with Avalanche. Nice work btw.

Could you tell me your overall width with the hummer wheels? What is the bakcspacing on these wheels? 7"? Are those 40s your running?

The axle is 67" and the rims are 7"BS.

*Dean has the two front ones. He is welding in new center to make them 4" BS. That way the steering arms will clean and the hub will be protected.

i hate to be a sour grape but if it were mine i would reroute your rear brake line. seem like it will ge smashed where it is at. ( well at least the way i drive it would :D )
